EPC is an owner's only cohort, exclusive to seven entrepreneurs from non-competing businesses, meeting one day a month with a coach and facilitator. It also carries the Company Growth System, one-to-one coaching, and Academy access for your leadership team, so it is broader than a peer group on its own.
Your whole team. Group coaching develops an intact department of six to eight people together, and workshops install a specific system across a department, a leadership team, or the entire company. Inside EPC, your leaders get their own council, your emerging leaders and team members get level-specific training, and everyone gets 24/7 access to the Academy portal.
Both, and the format follows the work. Private coaching runs weekly or monthly, in person or virtual. Group coaching is delivered face to face or online, and workshops run live, from half a day to several. The EPC council meets in person one day a month, the leaders' council is virtual for two hours a month, and the Academy portal is open 24/7 from anywhere.
