Who's helping you with that?

Who's helping you with that? Today, I'm going to help you reduce frustration, save a ton of time, and grow your company. A while back, I was talking with a friend of mine and I was sharing a frustration in my business. He just simply asked, Who are you going to get to help you with that? Thankfully, I had an answer and I explained to him that I'd contacted an expert, but the question made me pause.

On one level, I was still frustrated because I hadn't yet engaged with the expert. At the same time, it made me feel good because I realized that I had reached a certain level of maturity as an entrepreneur. It made me realize something about myself. And most likely, if you're like most business owners about YouTube, we spent an enormous amount of time trying to figure things out, trying to fix things.

And often I refer to that as the journey of discovery. We can spend years trying to learn how to do things, and most likely that's what got us where we are today. So it's really hard to ask for help. It's hard to find somebody who can do what you probably could figure out. And as I always say, your business needs to pay you back.

It needs to pay you back in money and in time and in peace. So one way you can save time is to first admit you have a problem. Next, you've got to find the right person to help you. And finally, you got to let them help. You know, I always leave you with some kind of call to action.

And today, all I ask is that when you find yourself in a situation where you don't know how to do something or you need to fix a problem and you just haven't experienced that yet, ask yourself this question Who am I going to get to help me with this? And remember, as you grow, your company grows.  Keep growing!
