Grow Your Company

If you ain't growing, you're dying. We hear that saying all the time. But is it true? In today's video, I'll convince you that it's more true than not. As leaders, we wear so many hats and we're willing to do whatever it takes to survive. The worst possible outcome for us is losing our business. Unfortunately, more businesses die than survive and the last video we talked about becoming the leader your company needs you to be.

It's so important because if you're not growing as a leader, they're not growing as team members. Your company will likely become stagnant. Your competitors will likely pass you up and your customers will likely move on. The challenge is to grow our companies, we need to grow more than just our leadership skills. We need to grow our competencies in areas such as marketing, sales, overhead, products, management and cashflow.

Those are a lot of areas to focus on and we need expertise. Basically, you're going to have to focus on each one of those areas and grow your expertise and most likely you can't do everything by yourself. Lastly, we must execute flawlessly. It's one thing to decide to grow and another to improve in those areas, but we must execute.

In the end, we must grow as leaders. We must improve our competencies and we must execute flawlessly. If you do these things well, your company will grow. Please watch the next video where we talk about the only reason to own a business. And remember, as you grow, your company grows.  Keep growing!
